Terms of use
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms apply when you use fitforge.co.uk ("FitForge", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the website you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy. Questions? Email admin@fitforge.co.uk.
1. Your health comes first
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Before starting any new exercise, nutrition or wellness programme, check with your GP or a qualified professional - especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or injury, or take medication. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath.
All content on FitForge, including exercise videos, nutrition plans and wellness sessions, is general information. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a doctor, dietitian or other health professional. You exercise and follow any plan at your own risk.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. To buy Premium you must be 18 or have a parent or guardian's permission.
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
3. Community rules
When you post in the forum, share updates or message other members, you must not:
- harass, bully, threaten or abuse anyone, or post hateful or discriminatory content;
- post anything illegal, sexually explicit, or that promotes self-harm or eating disorders;
- share other people's personal information without their permission;
- spam, advertise, or impersonate anyone;
- try to hack, overload or misuse the website.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you post. You give us permission to display it on FitForge so the service works (for example, showing your forum posts to other members). You are responsible for what you post.
5. Premium subscriptions
- Price and billing: Premium costs the price shown on the Premium page when you subscribe, billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe.
- Free trial: if you are offered a free trial, you will not be charged until it ends. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you will be charged automatically. One free trial per person.
- Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancelling: cancel at any time in Settings → Premium & billing. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Your 14-day right to cancel: under UK consumer law you can cancel within 14 days of your first payment and get a refund. Because you get immediate access to Premium content, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the time you have used it. Email admin@fitforge.co.uk to request this.
- Price changes: we will tell you at least 30 days before any price change affects you, and you can cancel before it applies.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails and isn't fixed, your Premium access will end.
6. Our content
The FitForge name, logo, website design, plans and written content belong to us. Exercise videos are provided through YouTube and remain the property of their owners. You may use our content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep FitForge running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice of significant changes to Premium.
8. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for injuries resulting from exercise or following a plan without appropriate professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using FitForge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we close your account without good reason while you have a paid subscription, we will refund the unused part.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and tell you about significant changes. If you keep using FitForge after a change, the new terms apply.
11. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at admin@fitforge.co.uk and we will try to resolve it. You can also bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
